Shells Machinery Has successfully designed & Manufacturing Poly Disc Filter. Poly Disc Filter Helps In Increasing the consistency of Pulp ie from 1% to 10 %. Poly Disc Filter Helps In saving Fresh Water and Reducing Load in Effluent Treatment Plant as it generates three types of water i.e Super Clear water with PPM of 50 -60, Clear Water with PPM of 150-200 , Cloudy water with PPM of 400-500 . This Super Clear Water can be used in Paper Machine Shower instead of Fresh water.
